Returns & Refund is A Guarantee Provided By Sellers For Every Product They Sell On Leather Journal Craft
Scope of Guarantee
All products on Leather Journal Craft have the Returns & Refund guarantee. Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described. The following situations are not included:
- An item you claim is not as described, but the seller can prove that it is.
- Items are as described, but you no longer want them (unless the seller offers Easy Returns)
Guaranteed Protection Period
You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been completed. You can do this by opening a dispute in the order details page. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order.

Return Shipping Fee
Return fees will be paid by seller and buyer both in 50-50% of share. Please also check the seller’s shipping terms. If the seller pays the return shipping fee, please make sure you first agree on the shipping method and how the seller will pay you back the shipping fee.
